 THE SANDWICH PODCAST. This podcast involves a group of 4 funny creatives speaking out their minds on different matters happening around us. They are available in all social media platforms , Facebook , Instagram on Sound cloud: The sandwich podcast and on Spotify. They have sever episodes and right now they are on their 76th episode #76Money,Power, Respect. On the 4th of March they had the second edition live show event which was a major success and had so many people in attendance . It is hosted by Njagi Kevin, Owen, Joan and Kibz. The sandwich podcast are not that well known all over the country but from my POV they have super nice content. MANTALK KE PODCAST. LET'S TALK ABOUT TUM.

 As a loyal and proud student at the Technical university of Mombasa (TUM). There are so many things one learn as soon as he /she enters the school gate. First is that the school is chaired by Prof Leila Abubakar , with the help of the rest of her colleagues. It also performs with the help of the students council , led with the school president Nicholas Nzyoku .  It's the only school at the sea level. It's painted white and it's building are in Arabic design. The students are from different parts of the country, different ethnic communities. Students are approximately more than 10,000 pursuing different courses. From engineering to hospitality . Accomodations are offered inside school hostels and also outside, for both boys and girls. Students can also get their meals at the school mess and the students centre where they are sold at fair prices. Students also involve themselves in different co-curriculum activities.  Today, stars are on the rise, people unknown have become household names, I mean, Khaby lame became a worldwide sensation without uttering a single word . Closer home, Kenya has also seen a sudden birth of new TikTok sensations, comedians, dancers and other who have laid off good content. Let's look at the queen of TikTok herself Azziad Nasenya Wafula who she rose draftically after the "Utawezana challenge" . Apart from that she's an actress, content creator and a media personality .  Everybody wants to be emotionally and physically close to each other.life always seems better when shared.Relationships like most of the things on earth requires effort.Think of it this way even good relationship take work.Toxic relationship is characterized toxic traits like controlling behaviours,frequent lying and so many. I didn't know the existence of toxic relationship until my uni friend went through it.When we joined first year he met this 4th year guy who they really fell in love .  Do you happen to know your county? By name and location? As for me,I am a proud host of kericho county.That is the main reason why I am going to take you this article so that you may more about my county and even get to visit my county. As you know , Kericho county is one of the 47 counties in Kenya.It is found in the former Rift valley province.The name Kericho originated in the pre-colonial era.There was a great medicine man in kericho town whose name was Kipkerich .Therefore,the area was associated with kerichek   ( kipsigis name for medicine) in that when someone was sick ,he would  say I am going to see kipkerich. Later the name underwent phonetic shift to become Kericho.  Have you ever thought why too many relationship don't work out? Either in marriage, dating, between buddies and family?
