HEALTHY HABITS TO FOSTER IN RELATIONSHIPS.

Have you ever thought why too many relationship don't work out? Either in marriage, dating, between buddies and family? During Corona period,so many relationships were broken, here are some healthy habits one need to foster in relationships.

.One has to learn to say good job and mean it-this applies to everyone ,when one has done something nice,or gotten a job, promoted, make an achievement, you are required to say good job and always mean it.

.Always have an argument in style- have different argumentive styles, for example you don't  shout to your significant other in front of a lot of people,he/she will be embarrassed ,or for the married people you don't have to argue in front of the kids , go get a room.

.Be present in the moment you are having a conversation -for example don't always be on your phone when you significant other ,or friend is discussing an important topic.

.Intentionally know when it's time to pick up a fight - Don't start an argument when your friend is low you may all end up making the wrong decisions.

.Don't threaten to leave all the time after an argument , it's unhealthy .

.Do not bad mouth your partner.

.Do not go to bed on an argument.

.Do not try to improve or change your partner as your personal agenda- this happens when you want to change how your partner talks, dressing code personality and sort,it may be the start of your downfall.

.Do not hold things -make sure you be open to your friend ,tell them when everything is good and bad, so that he/she can be aware and you both Sort your issues and all will be well.

.Cultivate relationship rituals that keep your relationship work - take your significant other to dates, friends dates, therapy dates.Buy yourself gifts, nice stuff, perform all the rituals  that bear fruit and that is your relationship working.
